The mission of Faith In Action is to promote and teach the spirituality of Christian giving with the understanding that acts of mercy directly connect us to Christ. We see the face of God in the people whose lives we touch; therefore the giver is the primary beneficiary of the act. We all need to be connected to Christ and to each other, so that we can experience God’s love for us.
“I was hungry and you fed me; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; I was naked and you clothed me. In as much as you have done it unto one of the least of these, you have done it unto me”…- Mathew 25:35-36.
It is no exaggeration that thousands of people and families are helped each year
through the united efforts of these ministries which refer to themselves as Faith In
Action. That is what they are: FAITH IN ACTION. The financial donations that each of these ministries receives through donation or fundraising events is distributed 100% to the needs of that ministry. This is possible due to the financial and staff support provided to them by The Church of St. Michael & St. George.
