Adult Choir

Welcome! Located in St. Louis, in the close-in suburb of Clayton, we are a parish made alive in Christ and celebrating this life through the Anglican liturgy and sacraments with vibrant preaching and teaching, and beautiful, traditional music. Ours is a welcoming community and we're extremely family-friendly.

The parish family is a lively mix of lifelong Episcopalians and members raised in a number of other denominations and religious traditions. We hope that if you haven't done so already, you'll join us soon!

The Choir of the Church of St. Michael & St. George

The Choir of The Church of St. Michael & St. George sings the liturgies of the Holy Eucharist, Morning Prayer and Evensong as well as special seasonal services. Ours is a professional choir that is comprehensively auditioned. Led by internationally-acclaimed organist and choirmaster Dr. Robert Lehman, they are widely recognized as one of the finest choirs in the United States. The choir is comprised of students from Washington University, Webster University, and other educational institutions, and professionals from two states in the greater St. Louis area. The choir sings Psalms (to both plainsong and Anglican Chant), settings of the Mass Ordinary, canticles, anthems and motets drawn from all periods of music history while placing an emphasis on the music from The Church of St. Michael and St. George's own rich Anglican heritage.

Anyone interested in auditioning for the choir should contact the choirmaster, Dr. Robert Lehman, at 314.721.1502 or at rwlehman@csmsg.org.
