Worship

At The Church of St. Michael & St. George, we experience the glory of God through worship, an experience central to parish life. Led by our Rector of twenty one years, the Rev. Andrew Archie, The Church of St. Michael & St. George offers a wide variety of opportunities for worship. We welcome you to join us at one of our many online and indoor services.

Music

Our Church has a long-held tradition and reputation of creating beautiful, powerful music. Hearing our choir and music is both a joy and an inspiration for all those who gather together at CSMSG.

Outreach Ministries

At CSMSG, we believe that every parishioner is a minister. How? Through the sacrament of Baptism. Ministry is both our Christian obligation and fulfillment. It is our hope that each member of our parish will become involved in one or more of our ministries that serve individuals both within the parish and in the larger St. Louis community. Whether it’s collecting food for the hungry, knitting a blanket for a housebound parishioner, or serving breakfast to the homeless, our Outreach Ministry volunteers live Christ’s life in the world. We encourage you to explore our Outreach Ministries and become involved. CONNECT!

Education and Formation

As Christians, it is our commitment to come to resemble Jesus more and more each day. One way we work toward this goal is through the practice of holy habits and saintly skills. Living into our baptismal identity as Christians is a lifelong process, and CSMSG offers a wide variety of opportunities for online education and formation, including Bible studies, various special classes, and other programs and events for parishioners of all ages. Our parishioners are always in the process of learning and growing together. In addition to educational opportunities available at CSMSG, our Church houses an elementary school during the school year, The St. Michael School of Clayton. The St. Michael School of Clayton is an Episcopalian day school that teaches to all faiths and learning styles, shaping our students into self-assured, learned, and capable leaders (see full description below). If you would like to join us on this spiritual and fulfilling learning journey, please email Laurie Brown or call her at 314.721.1502.

The St. Michael School of Clayton

Our Church houses The St. Michael School of Clayton (SMSOC), an Episcopalian school that teaches to all faiths and learning styles, in addition to shaping our students into self-assured, learned, and capable leaders. Many parishioners choose to send their children to the St. Michael School of Clayton; however, many non-parishioners have chosen SMSOC for their children’s education as well. Together, we are creating an exciting and diverse student body as well as a very creative educational approach to developing life-long learners! The St. Michael School of Clayton
