Join us for classes at 9:00 AM on Sundays during the Christian education hour. Children aged 4 to 7 (preschool through first grade) meet for sharing Bible stories and activities based on the Godly Play curriculum. Young Disciples, (children in grades 2-3 and grades 4-5) meet for elementary-age appropriate religious education. Our program mirrors the liturgical cycles of the Lectionary (Cycles A, B & C). Special emphasis is given to the Gospel and integrates God’s Word into a child’s faith and life.
At 10:00 AM, children meet in St. George’s Chapel for Liturgy of the Word, and then join their parents in the church at the time of the Peace.
Upon arrival, parents should stop at the Children’s Ministry check-in, located inside the Wydown Playground entrance to print out a badge and receive directions to the Children’s Ministry classrooms. If your child does not attend Church School classes, please stop at the Children’s Ministry check-in cart to print an ID badge before entering the chapel.
